Last night Jennifer gave me the recipe for delicious protein bars, so today I tried to make them. They turned out great, way better than any chocolate bar!
The ingredients: 1 1/8 cups of chocolate protein powder, 1 cup of honey (if you run out like I did add some natural maple syrup), 1 cup of natural peanut butter, 1 1/2 cups of rolled oats. (The recipe called for double but I split it up to make sure I liked it first). Double would be a giant batch! But they are delicious :)
Mix together
Spread in a pan
Put in the freezer until they are hard.....then cut into pieces
Then wrap individually and store in the freezer in a large freezer bag. Enjoy!
