So here are the renovations so far...still need to paint and put up the new mirror but it looks really good...great job Jerry! I will post the finished product as an update when the painting is done....

Here is the finished product, I wish I had have taken before shots...you wouldn't know it was the same bathroom. Amazing job Jerry, you did an incredible job being a floor installer, painter, plumber, electrician, ceramic tile grouter, installer, and decorator! Unbelievable transformation of the room!
