Photo of the Day - Day 37

What a productive day, went to work for 3 hours this morning, and spent this afternoon getting the house back in order after a week of kitchen renos, new kitchen floor and entry way.  Next will be new trim around the door frames etc, and then new counter tops and staining the cupboards.

It turned out really good (hard to tell from the pics as you are only seeing a small section) with the tiny ceramic intersecting the two floors

                          
Tonight I dug out the sewing machine my Mom bought me for Christmas last year...sadly I haven't tried to use it yet but my friend Heather and I signed up for a Curtain making course next Saturday.  So I have to learn how to use the machine and pick out fabric before Saturday...wish me luck!

Just had a wonderful chat with my friend Sarah-Louise tonight and we are planning to get together this August in Vancouver, Victoria and Tofino. Looking forward to it!

Now I am going to have some Chinese Tea that my friend Rhian brought me back from China. Yum!
