Every once in a while I do a recipe photo if I am grasping for a photo that day.
So lucky you, you get a recipe for what I had for supper today! :) I don't usually have protein shakes for supper but I am trying to maximize my protein intake as I find when I travel I rarely get enough. Sadly most veggie options come with zero protein...except when I make them myself :)
2 scoops of protein
1 tbsp Udo oil 3-6-9 blend
1 tbsp hemp seed
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
frozen fruit (strawberries - 1/2 magic bullet cup)
1 stevia pack
Fill the rest of the cup with almond breeze
blend on magic bullet
Voila!! Thick enough to eat with a spoon and so good :)
