Today we had IPAC board meetings all day and then a book launch in the evening - IPAC's first International book (Innovations in Public Expenditure Management - country cases from the commonwealth) edited by Andy Graham.

Nancy's last meeting as Chair of Service to Members - we will miss her so much!

 My vegan dessert - they sure were fabulous for meeting my dietary needs :)
