Tonight I have been busy packing and getting ready to leave for Victoria bright and early.  I thought it would be nice to bring the IPAC board members a little treat from PEI as it will be my last board meeting as IPAC New Professionals Chair as my term is complete.  Honibe a PEI company developed the world's first pure dried honey and has won all kinds of awards, was successful on the TV Show Dragon's den and was featured in many magazines.

When I was purchasing the honey drops I asked if I could take a pic of the "wall of fame" bookshelf: Very impressive!

This is what I bought for the committee to try - hope they like them!
