Well today I still couldn't get out of bed but I made myself at noon...enough of this laying around. I went to work for the afternoon and tried to get into my massage therapist but she was fully booked. So a few of my co-workers recommended this laser massage therapy so I booked an appointment at 4:30. It didn't feel like anything but about an hour later I felt like I had more mobility in my neck. And now after icing it tonight it feels even better. Not nearly 100% but she said to keep icing it and come back to see her on Friday.
Tonight I went to see Mom in the hospital, her surgery yesterday got cancelled but she was hoping it would be rescheduled for around 6pm. I got the call later tonight that it was scheduled for 9pm so hopefully by now it is over and she is on the mend. I didn't have a photo of the day tonight so I convinced her to let me take a picture of her in the hospital. Even without makeup she always looks beautiful. I love her so much and hope she will feel better in the morning and can go back home soon.
This was the first one...she wasn't so sure she wanted her pic taken :)
