So here is the delicious recipe for the Chocolate Peppermint Oatmeal smoothie
(this one is for you Pops, you will love it):
Mix 2 scoops of Vanilla protein powder
1 cup dairy free ice cream (any flavor; I used chocolate brownie almond yum)
1 cup oatmeal
1 stevia mini single pack
2 cups of milk of your choice (I used 1 cup of coconut milk and 1 cup of unsweetened chocolate almond milk)
a splash of peppermint extract
Voila! So good!!
Better than a milkshake!! :)
