So I had my x-rays and the doctor was concerned so she sent me back for more x-rays. She is still a bit concerned so the x-ray specialist will have a look at them. For now all I need are crutches and I am sure I will heal quickly so I can get back to fun stuff and being able to walk normally again :) Wish I could fast forward a few days so I wouldn't feel so immobile..but I guess I can always use a rest.
The little bear is meant to make kids feel comfortable so they are not scared of the xray machine, very cute. It made my visit to the xray room a bit happier too. Nothing like a teddy bear to warm up a sterile hospital environment.
My poor swollen foot, the little arrow is where they had concerns...looks fine to me...but I don't know x-rays! I learned that the R means right foot and the three initials are the radiologists initials so they will know who took the pic.
Then when I got home tonight I got this wonderful email from my friend Kattie who lives in Halifax, NS. She sure knows how to cheer me up, she is so thoughtful in every way! :)
