Photo of the Day - Day 61

Okay so I know the first ever Starbucks was in Seattle but this is the first Starbucks in PEI. We just got it last year :)  Mavor's used to sell their coffee but this is the first official Starbucks for PEI.

Now that I think about it, for Charlottetown there are a lot of coffee shops in one small area...there is Tim Horton's, Robin's Donuts, Starbucks, Beanz Expresso, Timothy's all within a one block range...we Islanders sure love our coffee.

I tried two new keurig flavours this week: Vanilla Biscotti and Chocolate Glaze Donut - and they were delicious...plus being zero calories sure is a huge bonus...(means I can drink more of it guilt free)

My other favourites are: Caramel Vanilla Nut, Creme Brulee, Mudslide, Pecan Praline, and Butter toffee. I just started drinking coffee a couple of years ago (when I gave up diet Pepsi) and I really love the variety of flavours.

  1. Your post made me smile, was wondering if it was influenced by my earlier post/visit to the first Starbucks in Seattle :p As always, I enjoy reading you photo blog :)

Hope you're having a great day and it's not snowing too too much in Charlottetown.

You won't believe this but we didn't even have a snowflake today...and it is going to rain Saturday so the snow may be gone for the season! Let's hope :)
